From Margaret Cibes:  I removed my earlier Forsooth about a novelist's conclusion about the value of R/E when E was zero.  It's not really about probability or statistics, but rather about how the righthand limit of the quotient goes to infinity (not zero) as E goes to zero.  It "probably" didn't belong in a Chance Newsletter.  2/28/11
